OK, Jessa and I have decided to be all unilateral about things ;-) I think most of you whose LJ usernames I know/remember have now been invited - if I've missed anyone please let me know and I'll do so as soon as possible. OK, about the possible conversion to Livejournal. In order to post to there, you'd need a username. I think at the moment most of us here have one, and if not, I've got a few invite codes kickin' around, and hopefully others can spare one or two as well. The main thing that makes LJ more appealing for me is the fact the commenting system there is far better, neatly threaded, etc., and the fact I could keep up with this by way of my friends list. I suppose I could just switch to a different commenting system, but then I'd lose all the previous comments, and those do seem to constitute most of the discussion so that would be a pity. Please leave comments as to whether you'd think this a good idea, and whether it's feasible. Cheers :-)

Still alive, not dead yet, done with the taught portion of my degree. Just got the dissertation left. Wondering if I should move this to an LJ community.
